Veterinary Hospital Operations Manager

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed efficiently. You will also manage employee schedules, supervise staff members, and maintain a clean and organized facility.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee administrative tasks, including expense management, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Supervise employees and provide guidance on daily responsibilities and workflow.
- Assist in surgeries and other medical procedures as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement changes.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
- Mentor employees to help them reach their full potential.
- Lead hospital meetings and one-on-one meetings with employees and doctors.
