Job Summary

This full-time position involves providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical staff. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely communication to patients and staff.

Essential Duties
  • Provide top-notch patient care and support, including preparing patients for exams and taking vital signs
  • Manage patient medical records, inventory, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist doctors with tasks, such as suture removal, and maintain a secure work environment
  • Counsel patients on referrals, follow-up care, and transmit physician's orders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting; clinical experience beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bi-lingual Spanish speaking required
