Job Summary

STGi is currently seeking a part-time physician to provide primary care to military veterans at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in New York. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have served our country.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our team. As a physician at one of our clinics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring a welcoming experience for our veterans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to military veterans
  • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited school in the US or internationally
  • Successful completion of a residency program in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with recognition by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association
  • Current and unrestricted DEA and New York medical license
  • Retention of current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Military Training Network (MTN)
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed physician in practice
