Job Summary:

The Higheredmilitary is seeking highly qualified adjunct faculty members to teach economics courses in our Baker School of Business. As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to the academic excellence of our institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach economics courses to undergraduate students in a face-to-face or online setting
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
  • Participate in faculty training and development programs to enhance teaching skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in economics or a related field
  • Experience teaching economics courses at the undergraduate level
  • Ability to teach in-person classes on campus
  • Completion of Citadel instructor training and adherence to CEITL-DE rules and regulations
  • Preference given to applicants with AACSB qualifications as a Scholarly Academic, Practice Academic, Scholarly Practitioner, or Instructional Practitioner
