Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic to join our team at AR Utilities & Excavation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment and trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of heavy equipment and trucks to identify potential issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems with heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Tool Maintenance and Management: Maintain and manage a set of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Safe Driving Practices: Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safe driving practices when operating company vehicles.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools, as well as experience with heavy equipment and truck repair.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Personal Qualities: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
