Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician/Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs of heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic and electronic repair, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs of heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment
- Comply with company and customer safety policies
- Capable of working safely and productively without constant supervision
- Perform DOT inspections
- Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills and relationships
- Comply with reporting and paperwork, inspection forms and details
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Experience with hydraulic and electronic repair
- Basic computer skills
- Possess basic tool inventory
