About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Associate to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of cleaning equipment, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
