Job Summary:

The Sales Associate - Retail Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services as per Company Standard. This role supports the Store Management Team by driving sales, maintaining store appearance, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and meet sales targets
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Support Store Management Team with POS operations and loss prevention
  • Provide exceptional Guest Services and resolve customer complaints
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
