We're seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and quality food experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coaching, developing, and energizing your team to achieve our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and mentorship
* Demonstrate hands-on supervision and ability to learn and execute all restaurant stations
* Develop in-depth menu knowledge and passion for food quality
* Foster a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration
* Provide feedback and coaching to team members
* Participate in weekly manager meetings
* Work a rotating schedule, including open, mid, and closing shifts

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment
* Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills
* Basic math and common sense reasoning ability
* Excellent customer service skills
* Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal direction
* Ability to model, coach, and enforce values, human and food safety, and sanitation
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
