Job Overview

Position: Implementation Coordinator-Lead

Location: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of any designated Elevance Health location. This role includes both in-office and remote work expectations.

The Implementation Coordinator-Lead plays a pivotal role in steering the implementation process for new client accounts and overseeing renewal implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities related to new case implementations, acting as a key liaison among the Account Management team, Sales team, Sales Support, and clients.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of critical deliverables across various disciplines to facilitate effective implementation of client benefit plans. Responsible for the precision, punctuality, and thoroughness of the implementation process.
  • Foster strong relationships with new accounts and collaborate with internal departments such as Sales Support Services, Operations, Sales, and Underwriting.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Account Management Services to track, monitor, and report on the progress of all functional areas throughout the implementation process.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and best practices aimed at enhancing installations; conduct ongoing root cause analyses and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients to address issues related to implementation plan design and customer deliverables.
  • Support Sales and Sales Support teams in prospect development and responses to RFPs, actively participating in finalist meetings.
  • Lead corporate projects as assigned, developing and implementing tracking mechanisms and tools for account implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health insurance sector, or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a TPA environment is preferred.
  • Client-facing experience is advantageous.

For candidates working in person or remotely in specified locations, the salary range for this position is $74,088 to $127,008.

Additional Information:
