The Implementation Coordinator-Lead plays a pivotal role in steering the implementation journey for new accounts while overseeing renewal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management for new case implementations, acting as a bridge between the Account Management team, Sales team, Sales Support, and clients.
- Guarantee the fulfillment of all essential deliverables across various disciplines to ensure timely and precise implementation of client benefit plans. Responsible for the accuracy, punctuality, and thoroughness of the implementation process.
- Foster strong relationships with both new accounts and internal departments, including Sales Support Services, Operations, Sales, and Underwriting.
- Collaborate with the Director of Account Management Services to track, monitor, and report on the progress of all functional areas throughout the implementation process.
- Assist in developing tools and best practices to enhance installations; conduct ongoing root cause analysis; identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison for clients to address issues related to implementation plan design and deliverables.
- Support Sales and Sales Support teams in prospect development and RFP responses, actively participating in finalist meetings.
- Lead corporate projects as assigned, creating and implementing tracking mechanisms and tools for account implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health insurance industry, or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with third-party administration (TPA) is preferred.
- Client-facing experience is preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in designated locations, the salary range for this position is $74,088 to $127,008.
