We're seeking a talented Sales and Growth Specialist to accelerate our expansion in the North American market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Lead Generation: Utilize innovative outreach methods to engage potential clients and build relationships.
  2. Develop Product Expertise: Master our services and communicate their value to prospective customers.
  3. Manage Pipelines: Maintain accurate records of lead generation and sales activities in our CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.

Compensation: Annual salary estimate: $70,000 - $85,000

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in tech or staffing industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
