Role Summary:

The Solar Energy Installation Trainee is a full-time position dedicated to assisting in all facets of Residential PV project implementations, which includes technical installations, customer engagement, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Desire to Learn: Eagerness to understand project details and best practices in PV Solar installation.

Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate operational decisions to ensure safe and efficient task completion.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Mathematical Understanding: Competence in basic arithmetic for installation specifications.

Technical Reading Skills: Ability to interpret site plans and electrical diagrams to comply with NEC and local regulations.

Job Expectations:

Travel Requirements: Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for commuting to various job sites.

Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders to access roofs.

Work Environment: The noise level is typically moderate, with varying conditions based on the installation site.

Safety Commitment: Participation in quarterly safety training and adherence to health and safety protocols is mandatory.
