The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Director to oversee the construction of commercial-scale solar projects nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction process for a portfolio of solar projects across all construction milestones, from NTP to Final Acceptance.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are constructed on-time and on-budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also lead the charge in partnering with and managing our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process for commercial-scale solar projects nationwide
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are constructed on-time and on-budget
  • Partner with and manage EPC partners and vendors
  • Develop and continuously improve robust processes and systems that drive growth, profitability, and repeatability
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Construction Director who has a proven track record of managing complex construction projects. You will have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in construction management
  • A proven track record of coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution and delivery
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
  • A passion for solar energy and a commitment to sustainability
