About the Role:
Hallmark Youthcare Richmond, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adolescents with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide stabilization and crisis management services
- Lead in client Individual Treatment and Discharge Plans
- Collaborate with a multi-system treatment team
Requirements:
- Virginia licensed or licensable LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment, and crisis management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range $72,000 - $80,000 per year
