Director of Rehabilitation Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of therapists and assistants to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care and regulatory compliance.
  2. Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  4. Recruit, develop, and support staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rehabilitation management and leadership.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in rehabilitation services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
