Director of Rehabilitation Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of therapists and assistants to ensure the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered efficiently.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance patient outcomes and improve quality of care.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, and care planning.
  • Recruit, develop, and support staff and contract labor to achieve exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rehabilitation management and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective programs and policies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
