Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor, to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.
  2. Clinical Oversight: Ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance, and oversee the clinical management of the rehab department.
  3. Staff Development: Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families, and ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rehabilitation services management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and evidence-based care delivery standards
