Join Our Team as a Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team at Fearless Restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients.

About the Role:

  • Lead our culinary team in creating menus that reflect our passion for seasonal and local ingredients
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage food costs
  • Train and mentor our culinary staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Work closely with our restaurant managers to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of cooking experience in a professional environment
  • Advanced knife handling skills and a passion for purveyor/local farmer relationships
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

What We Offer:

  • 50-hour work week with two consecutive days off per week
  • Salary $70,000 - $90,000 with potential bonus up to $9,000 per year
