Base Salary Range is $60,000 - $95,000
Commission OTE is $50,000 - $160,000
Vehicle Allowance

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in creating new business opportunities by establishing connections with potential clients within their designated market area. Key responsibilities encompass both inside and outside sales activities, including networking, lead generation, social media engagement, and active participation in industry associations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engagement in business development activities and diversification of business.
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings.
  • Generating high-value leads.
  • Maintaining profitable sales margins.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

(Within the designated region or any market where our clients are located)

Business Development

  • Dedication of time and effort to the assigned region is expected.
  • Fostering and expanding existing business relationships to enhance lead generation and project size.
  • Identifying, presenting to, and selling BluSky services to new prospects.
  • Managing a defined target list through the BluSky CRM system.
  • Maintaining active membership and involvement in relevant associations, achieving significant committee or leadership roles.
  • Supporting all BluSky sales initiatives by following up on leads.
  • Preparing and delivering sales proposals.
  • Meeting sales activity benchmarks through client and prospect meetings, events, phone calls, social media, emails, etc.
  • Documenting and tracking leads and business development efforts in Salesforce.
  • Achieving annual individual sales targets.

Marketing

  • Collaborating with leadership to plan association involvement and budget allocations.
  • Representing BluSky at trade shows, golf tournaments, and promotional events.
  • Organizing and participating in trade shows and other marketing functions, including charitable events and networking activities, often outside regular business hours.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintaining proficiency in our services and related terminology.
  • Adhering to company employment standards and best practices.
  • Delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Contributing positively to the BluSky culture and community.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • This role does not have direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
  • Availability to attend networking events two evenings per week.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales-related data.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A proactive, driven, and team-oriented attitude is essential.

EDUCATION:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

TRAVEL:

  • Primarily local travel (25%). Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required for training or meetings.
