Job Summary

This role leads a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams, responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition in the residential market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Coach and develop sales team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in sales team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Direct Sales practices and consumer education of products and services.
  • Experience with cable or telecommunications services.
