As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations, developing your skills and setting yourself up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
