About the Role

The Tyndale Company is seeking a detail-oriented Online Retail Marketing Assistant to support our retail website. This individual will be involved in all areas of support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate order information transmitted from the website to the MAS500 database.
  • Manually create shipments in Salesforce Order Management.
  • Update order status when orders are ready to ship and collect payment.
  • Update tracking numbers on orders once they ship.
  • Resolve order issues and initiate cancellations and returns via phone and web chat.
  • Assist with data entry for ecommerce orders between the MAS500 database and Salesforce Order Management.
  • Work cross-functionally with customer service, finance, and operations departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, High School diploma required.
  • 2+ years' experience with Salesforce Order Management and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • 1+ years' customer service experience required.
  • Experience in accounting preferred.
  • Experience with Stripe and Avalara preferred.
  • Experience with the MAS500 database preferred.
