Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Generalist to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Expert. This role will be responsible for analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team and business leaders to develop solutions, programs, and policies related to retention and engagement.
About the Role
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase retention. You will provide guidance and input on talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning. Additionally, you will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
Responsibilities
* Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies related to retention and engagement
* Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase retention
* Provide guidance and input on talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
* Conduct effective investigations
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
* Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
* Bachelor's degree preferred
