Patient Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at Tru Medical Management. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient support through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. They will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities- Answer all incoming calls and address patient inquiries, needs, complaints, or other issues
- Engage in active listening with callers, providing solutions and ensuring patients are supported and valued
- Utilize the EMR system for patient demographic updates, prescription requests, and scheduling appointments
- Assist in patient translation if required
- Process all incoming voicemails and tasks to Front Desk Team Member, Providers, and Management accordingly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superior active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
- Fluency in Spanish
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated salary)
