Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Condair Group, a global leader in humidification, dehumidification, and evaporative cooling, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting safety, quality, cost, and productivity for daily operations of various manufacturing processes, equipment, and departments across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of standard work documentation for new processes or equipment created as a result of project activity.
  • Develop, maintain, and support process control systems and documentation.
  • Demonstrate innovation in developing new manufacturing techniques and equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics relative to product, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assess and optimize processes design and manufacturing equipment within the facility to support business needs.
  • Communicate effectively to members of both the plant and executive leadership of the organization.
  • Manage large-scale material handling, equipment, facility development, and improvement projects from conception through startup.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Experience with Statistical Analysis and Operations Research an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
