Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for fostering a club culture that champions our members and team members to be Motivating, Authentic, and Passionate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a cohesive and high-performing team, strategizing to exceed business objectives and create an environment conducive to success.
  • Lead by example, motivating and guiding team members to deliver an outstanding membership experience consistently.
  • Establish an inclusive culture aligned with the company's brand, values, and strategic vision.
  • Drive revenue generation across memberships, fitness programs, and labor initiatives, inspiring your team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Recruit and develop top talent, fostering their growth into exceptional leaders within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to identify and overcome obstacles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage all facets of the business to include sales, fitness, and gym operations, coordinating and optimizing daily, weekly, and monthly club functions to enhance profitability, prioritize member satisfaction, and ensure compliance.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement in sales, service, and fitness categories, leveraging your business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Guide and support team members in setting and achieving ambitious goals, driving both gym and career progression.
  • Facilitate transparent communication channels to keep all team members informed, engaged, and equipped with the necessary training and resources.
Requirements
  • Bold Leadership: Demonstrate proficiency in fostering a high-performance culture through effective people development, innovation, and collaborative leadership.
  • Management Experience: Possess 2-4 years of progressive management experience, overseeing 12-20 employees within a team-oriented environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Acquire 3-5 years of diverse retail, hospitality, or operations industry experience, emphasizing operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Mentorship: Dedication to training, developing, and mentoring team members through active observation, coaching, accountability, and leading by example.
  • Master Communicator: Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required. May be obtained upon hiring.
Physical Requirements/Environment

Must be able to work in an environment with occasionally high noise levels. Must be able to move frequently through all areas of the club. Daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and moving for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures. Must be able to access and operate Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data, and email. Availability: Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community.
