Qualifications

  • Experience in retail supervision is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to take on additional management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Willingness to be active on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • A passion for boating or a lifestyle centered around water activities.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.
