Commercial Risk Manager Job Description
At Element Risk, we are seeking a Commercial Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a book of business in commercial Property and Casualty insurance. This role involves analyzing customers' needs, evaluating options, and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough analysis of customers' needs and financial exposures to determine the degree of risk.
  2. Develop a comprehensive risk management plan, including insurance and other risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships with existing clients.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and promote the Agency's products and services to develop and retain customers.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
  2. Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or underwriting.
  3. Possession of or ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
