**Job Title:** Commercial Trucking Management Trainee

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Commercial Trucking Management Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all areas of our dealership, from sales and service to finance and leasing.

**Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through various departments, including sales, service, parts, and leasing
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and goals
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

**Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, or 2 years of work experience in the heavy-duty truck or related industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to travel and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
