Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver-Class A CDL to join our team at Charlie's Produce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting produce from Bend to Clackamas and back to Bend.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Perform superior customer service
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
  • Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
  • Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
  • All other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
  • Be 23 years or older
  • 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
  • Valid Class A CDL with a doubles endorsement and medical card
  • Experience driving in adverse weather required, mountain passes daily
  • Interstate qualification, registered
  • Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
  • Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
  • Satisfactory driving record

Additional Compensation Details
  • Up to $30.00 per hour Dependent on Experience
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise
