About the Role

The Children's Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of adult and pediatric patients with complex social, financial, cultural, and psychological issues.
  • Provide short-term counseling services in multiple modalities, including in-person, telephonic, and video sessions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to maintain expertise and stay current in the field.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration or licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of community resources, with the ability to connect patients with relevant services and support.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work with diverse populations.
