Job Title: Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

At Children's Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The Associate Marriage and Family Therapist will be responsible for delivering social services, including psychosocial evaluation and treatment, advocacy, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals to community services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments of adult and pediatric patients with complex social, financial, cultural, and psychological issues.
  • Provide short-term counseling services in multiple modalities, including in-person, telephonic, and video.
  • Manage cases and develop treatment plans in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with Behavioral Health, Medical, and Administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with community services and attend relevant meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Active registration or license with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases.
