Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Litigation Counsel to join our Employment Trade Secrets group. As an associate in our team, you will provide mission-critical advice to clients on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, leaves of absence, internal investigations, terminations, trade secret protection, and employee mobility issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including drafting and reviewing employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other key employment documents.
  • Represent clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral panels.
  • Work with and assist other team members on multi-jurisdictional disputes and matters.
  • Assist and advise on various employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions.
Requirements
  • Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills and impressive academic background.
