About the RoleThis is a member-facing role that requires exceptional customer service skills. As a Member Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems.
You will be responsible for processing member transactions, including loan payments, account transfers, and address changes. You will also be responsible for cross-selling Credit Union products and services, and providing accurate information to members regarding our services, products, policies, and procedures.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and providing solutions to their problems.
- Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.

- Perform other member services and administrative duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Manager.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a minimum of two years of experience in member service, operations, and/or lending. You should have excellent verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
You should be PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Internet. You should also be able to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously with an effective outcome, and be able to deal with highly confidential information.
