Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of demonstrated experience in project management and client relations.
  • Specialized knowledge in educational design within California.

  • Expertise in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred: Architectural license in California and NCARB certification.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural concepts, building materials, and construction techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.

  • Guide project teams in creatively addressing complex challenges and client requirements.
  • Effectively manage teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build trust with clients and stakeholders to meet satisfaction criteria.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with budget, timeline, and quality benchmarks.
  • Support project teams, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and uphold quality standards.
  • Engage in client communications, contract development, and team mentorship.
  • Identify new project prospects that align with strategic growth objectives.
  • Oversee design personnel, participate in quality assurance, and contribute to training initiatives.
  • Implement quality control measures and manage project modifications.
  • Regularly coordinate with StudioPlus LLC leadership on project progress and resource allocation.
