Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Analyst will report to the Manager of Pricing and CIS, playing a crucial role in the development, interpretation, and execution of analytical tools and processes to assess their effectiveness and outcomes.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Assisting in the analysis of client data from previous and current engagements.
  • Generating reports utilizing Sequel and Microsoft Access.
  • Supporting the creation of tools and processes to meet various organizational needs.
  • Participating in client onboarding and the formulation of rate packages, including necessary research.
  • Ensuring quality control within the Transportation Management System (TMS) through testing and collaboration with users to identify issues.
  • Providing regular complementary reporting.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance.
  • Adhering to company security protocols.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent mathematical, typing, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Capacity to perform independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and complying with complex written materials.
  • Skilled in writing detailed reports and business correspondence.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various departments and present information clearly.

  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
