Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in leading teams and driving business results. As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing long-term business plans in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the finance organization, including managing and providing ongoing training to accounting personnel.
  • Conducting financial assessments, establishing department budgets, and conducting financial close for the month, quarter, and year.
  • Developing annual financial plans and projections, as well as analyzing financial risks and benefits on business initiatives.
  • Managing procurement processes, coordinating material and resources allocation, and maintaining inventory.
  • Reviewing financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote efficiency and profitability.
