Job Title: Pricing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Pricing Director to lead our pricing strategy and operations. This role will play a critical part in defining and executing pricing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market share while ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and customer value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that align with our business goals and market conditions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to optimize pricing models.
  • Ensure pricing strategies support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing strategies across all business functions.
  • Conduct detailed pricing analyses to identify opportunities for pricing improvements and adjustments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies and tactics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies in a B2B enterprise environment with extensive experience in private equity backed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in pricing tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
