Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective assistance to residents and prospects, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Plan and execute engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and promote resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • A sharp professional appearance and a customer-focused mentality.
  • Competent with various software and computer programs, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed.
