- Keep the bar area tidy by clearing used items and maintaining a clean workspace;
- Ensure a steady supply of ice is available for service;
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate financial records;
- Serve drinks responsibly, adhering to safety protocols;
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment;
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
- High School diploma or GED preferred;
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Certifications:
Must obtain and maintain any necessary certifications as mandated by local regulations.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Exceptional communication skills for guest interactions;
- Comfortable working in a lively atmosphere with exposure to smoke and noise;
- Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds;
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
