Job Title: Customer Service/Support Rep Technician

Join our team at PlayCore Wisconsin Inc. as a Customer Service/Support Rep Technician, where you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship between our company and its clients.

Job Summary:

This position involves overseeing and answering technical questions provided by our reps and installers, providing guidance, support, feedback, and sharing of knowledge and expertise with reps and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the point of contact for representatives and intercompany inquiries through phone and email, responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with patience and diplomacy, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
  • Process warranty claims and discrepancies against past and present orders, verifying current and past information pertaining to said orders.
  • Provide customers and representatives with accurate shipping information on orders and warranty claims.
  • Process charges incurred due to order shortages and mismanufactured parts, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and billing to provide accurate information on current claims or charges.
  • Research and resolve issues for internal departments, verifying any issues with existing orders and researching and entering internal claims for testing and new product development.
  • Compile and detail order information for review of warranty cost.
  • Compile and submit charges incurred due to shortages, mismanufactured parts.
  • Responsible for cost of each rep office allotment, monies allotted to each principal's office yearly.
  • Responsible for processing return goods and issuing notification to appropriate departments.

  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Work Environment:

The work environment is quiet, except in the manufacturing environment where PPE may be required.
