Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bidding, estimating, or a related field, ideally within the construction or restoration sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with bidding software or databases is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
