- Promote teamwork across departments, collaborating with sales, operations, and other teams to gather necessary information and align on bidding strategies.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on bid-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep our team updated and our bidding strategies effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in bidding, estimating, or a related field, ideally within the construction or restoration sector.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with bidding software or databases is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
