Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team at Smothers Law Firm, P.A. in Apopka, FL. As a member of our civil litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including general commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate and probate litigation, real property based litigation, and general business matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from beginning to end, including research, drafting, and trial preparation
- Work closely with our experienced attorneys to develop and implement case strategies
- Conduct research and analysis to support case development and trial preparation
- Assist with client communication and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Member of the Florida Bar or waiting on Bar results
- 0 to 3 years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
