Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain good working knowledge of key clinical areas
  • Analyze data and determine trends to inform business decisions

  • Recruit, hire, and evaluate new staff positions to meet WellBe and patient needs

Requirements:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Adult, or Adult/Gero
  • Minimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience
  • Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics strongly preferred
  • Proficient with office software, including Electronic Health Record, Scheduling Software, and Ring Central Applications
