Job Summary

This position oversees clinical program operations of Mill Park Clinic (MPC) and Spring Creek Center (SCC) outpatient services. The Clinical Director will support the clinics in change management while they partake in the SHIFT initiative, an investment of resources to increase staffing and integrating, shift to whole person care, and improve participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior staff members and agency leadership in developing policies that represent current agency practices, and support strong ethics and solid program operations.
  • Work with senior staff on a strategy plan for the agency, and act as a liaison with the community and institutions as needed to ensure the development of programs that meet individual and community needs.
  • Provide staff supervision and program direction for designated facilities and community programs, and collaborate with Program Managers to instill the efficient and effective administration of all agency programs.
  • Provide program leadership to MPC outpatient program and SCC Outpatient, including review and signing of individual service and support plans, staffing of complex individuals, and interagency service conclusion planning.
  • Act as spokesperson for agency and attend state/county meetings as required, and interface with various state programs to coordinate the quality of care, monitor existing programs and review of new startup projects.
  • Support in strategic planning and implementation of a team-based care model, including utilization of evidence-based changed management techniques.
  • Oversee the program budgets and reviews with Program Managers to ensure the appropriate level of cost containment management.
  • Reviews the training programs offered to the program and direct care staff, coordinates with HR staff member to approve timely completion of courses, and facilitates in-house training as required.
  • Approves program workplans, service outcomes and measures/evaluates goals and objectives of each program on an annual basis.
  • Contributes to grant proposals, RFP's, and summarizes reports on grant-funded activities as required.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership responsibilities by conducting timely employee performance reviews, provides on-going performance improvement feedback and coaching, and works closely with direct reports and management team in identifying development training plans and programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, program license, approval to supervise licensure candidates for LCSW and/or LPC.
  • At least one year's experience in program management.
  • Senior-level program skills and the ability to attend to numerous details and develop a trauma-informed, equity-focused culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing functional analysis strategies and designing programs based on data outcomes.
  • Positive history of leadership in the areas of staff development, program planning and innovation, budget development and management of fiscal control systems, strategic planning and community development.
