We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Developer to join our growing team.
**Job Summary**
This role involves designing and developing modern, responsive user interfaces for our low-code backend platform.
You will collaborate with product managers and developers to design and implement user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness and appeal of our HR and Talent Acquisition products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces based on a low-code backend platform for various software products.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to gather and understand user requirements, turning them into engaging and functional UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive design across all products, maintaining best UX/UI design practices.
- Conduct user research, testing, and feedback analysis to improve and refine interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI and web design technologies, applying best practices to current and future projects.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing and developing user interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with an ability to create intuitive user experiences.
**Estimated Salary**: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
