About the Role

We are looking for a talented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at SPIN Inc.

This role will involve providing exceptional customer service to employees, designing and implementing creative benefits communication strategies, and building relationships with customers and benefit vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the benefits field, including Affordable Care Act, FMLA, 403(b), ERISA Regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support comprehensive benefit plan for organization, including billing, administration, documentation and claim resolution
  • Provide top-notch customer service to employees over phone, through email and in person
  • Design and implement creative strategies for benefits communication and engagement for diverse and mobile workforce
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and benefit vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle and insurance
  • Vaccination of Covid-19
  • At least 2 years' experience in health and welfare benefits administration and operations
