Job Title: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Children's Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric behavioral health and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric behavioral health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes
