Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas
  • Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed, including food handling and sanitation
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with residents, families, and facility staff
  • Participate in in-services and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or a related field preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications
Work Environment:

The Dietary Aide will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to food, cleaning supplies, and equipment. The ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods is required.
